Service requested must be cancelled by the booking party with a minimum of 14 days notice in order to receive a full refund. Cancellation with less than 14 days notice is not refundable.
Water and 1 champagne bottle are complimentary for each ride.
Group size does affect the size of the champagne bottle as well as amount of hours booked.
A healthy size of 10 or more passengers in a group get the larger champagne bottle instead of the standard 750 mL bottle.
3 hours of service or more grant the larger bottle as well, regardless of group size.
Champagne bottle is not interchangeable for drinks of your choice.
Drinks of your choice do incur an additional $10 per amenity PLUS the cost of the item(s). These also get added to the total bill and do affect taxes and other fees as well.
Other Amenities such as food, flowers or balloons also count as amenities and do trigger the $10 per amenity plus cost of the item(s).
Yes, we do handle corporate level events and have experience dealing with high end clientele.

No person under the age of 18 will be permitted to take part in service, unless a parent, guardian or other responsible adult accompanies the minor. We define an adult any person who is over 18 years of age, or older, and who is responsible for the care and supervision of the child.
No child will have a reduced rate. No child will be allowed to sit in anyone's lap and children who require infant seats or child safety seats will be allowed on the provision that a responsible adult provides such a seat and installs that seat in the vehicle securing it with the vehicle's safety belts.
If you do not have a car seat for any child under 7 years of age, the driver MUST cancel the ride at no refund.
If you request to have a car seat provided for the ride, you must do so in writing, and this incurs a $10 amenity charge that affects the total fees and taxes for the ride.
While there are no hidden charges on the rates, There are incidentals/infractions that Can be charged based on occurrence during the trip.

The following incidentals also apply as additional charges.
Per Diem of $100.00 plus $35.00/hr waiting time will be charged in lieu of driver lodging and meal expenses for trips lasting 10 hours or more.
Maximum driving allowed by law is 10-hours per day. Therefore, any long distance trip over 5 hours driving one way, requires overnight stay at turning point, making the trip two days.
Yes, with the caveat that it does not interfere with an already booked reservation.
Time extensions are handled at 30 minute intervals and are added to the total price of the vehicle fares.
Drivers are not to exceed their 10 hour driving limit and therefore must receive approval before accepting to extend any reservation.
Maximum driving allowed by law is 10 hours per day. As long as a driver does not exceed this driving limit, extensions are possible.
